From the first contact, when I was only inquiring about some listings, throughout the process when Fernando showed me some apartments and gave helpful information regarding the whole buying process until the very end, when I signed the contract at the notary, Fernando was always there and he was always making sure that I would get the most out of the deal. His attention to detail is extraordinary, he made purshasing a real estate in another country as smooth as it is possible. He is a great asset to the company and anybody should feel lucky when they get Fernando as their realtor. "I bought an apartment in Santa Pola with Alicante Sol in June 2022. Being French, it was my first purchase in Spain and I had a great experience with them. First, the selling process and visits were managed by Tatiana, who was very attentive to my needs, my search criteria, answering every possible questions, asking the sellers if needed, explaining to me all the important elements when buying a property in Santa Pola, etc... She is very professional, friendly and very helpful even weeks after the sale was signed. Once decided on the purchase, Andres got in touch with me to organize all the buying process with notary: all the documents needed, scheduling, etc... He also reviewed with me all the documents so that all my questions were solved (and I had many!). He was also very professional, flexible, available, and knowledgeable. After the notary step, as I had a good impression of this real estate agency, I contracted them for the post-sale administrative tasks (taxes, power company, etc...) and the person in charge, Mónica, was also very efficient and took time with me to explain everything in detail. I visited apartments with more than 10 agencies before finding what I was searching for, and I experienced all types of unprofessional real estate agencies in the area... In contrast, Alicante Sol did a great and honest job, so I would recommend them 100%."
